Hello! I would love to hear a discussion in the comments about what you think bravery means, why it matters, and when you’ve seen it powerfully displayed (even if it was in a movie.) Feel free to save this graphic to your phone and ask some of these questions to loved ones.
I’m super interested to hear your answers!
Have a great weekend. I’ve got some great stuff planned for next week 😎
Warmly,
Hope from Family Scripts
-As far as a fictional inspiration, my daughters and I LOVE Galadriel from LOTR, specifically from the new series Rings of Power. She could've chosen a much easier path but she's absolutely determined to defeat evil.
-When thinking about the bravest people I know, they're not the type of people who stand on stages or start mega businesses. One friend is a widow who does foster care. Another friend is honest, real, and not afraid to cry, and that transparenc lends to a beautiful kind of leadership and trust.
-I think my bravery--and my kids' bravery--can change the world because the world is truly aching for people who love unconditionally, from a place of fullness, and not because they're trying to make a profit or fulfill some inner goal. Having integrity when it's scary can be contagious, I think. I also hope that we're able to make people feel loved even when they are just about to give up.
