What Is Family Scripts?

Family Scripts is a newsletter that offers suggestions for family activities, menu planning, personal growth challenges, acts of thoughtfulness, book clubs, and more.

Each post is part of a cohesive monthly theme such as Courage, Humility, Attentiveness, etc., and all of it is designed so your family can grow together…and change the world.

And all of it is ad-free. No sponsorships or affiliates. Currently, it’s completely free because I’m taking off the month of September.

Who is behind Family Scripts?

Family Scripts was founded in the summer of 2021 by me (Hope) per the nudging of my husband and friends. It’s been very life-giving to run this business and create content for it.

I created this newsletter because I want warm, enriching rhythms to exist for our family. It warms my heart so much when I hear that other families—of all kinds—have been looking for something like this, too.

Our family of 7 lived in an RV for sixteen months—and life has always been pretty crazy—so we highly value simplicity. It’s got to be easy to do, or I’m just not going to have the margin to make it happen. All our ideas are intended to be doable for multiple ages and whether you have a lot of space or 420 square feet.

“With-ness” is one of our highest goals. We want our kids to know that we enjoy doing things alongside them and we actually like being with them.

Thanks so much for reading! We always welcome feedback so we can put out the best content for you.

Warmly,

Hope from Family Scripts
