Just an FYI my siblings and I sat on the bathroom chatting with my mom until upper Elementary because it was the only time she wasnt moving. Didnt matter how often she cried out for privacy 😂🙈 My poor mother!
Heres to children blowing up our judgements of stereotypes. I imagined myself as a boy mom all my life. I felt wholly inadequate for girl momming. Still do but shes been all the best things of working with boys and proven to me all the girlie things are great in their own way.
Also, we have our break down days over homeschooling. Thankfully, theres Grace and trying again. Children are definitely a blessing but not in the ways I imagined. Its difficult in the midst of hard times to see all the good but looking back I think nothing has taught me more about the Love and goodness of God than children.
I love this post so much. (Also, how do you get them to sleep!?!? The struggle is nightly over here. 🤣) I can’t wait for moments like these. Mine are 2 and 4, and I feel like we are just on the cusp.

The chair in the bathroom is brilliant! I have to sit on the edge of the tub and read multiple books until the deed is done. 😂
