Hello! Whew, September is flying by seems to be extra tough, doesn’t it? I hope this month’s newsletters on Curiosity and Humility helped open new doors of growth and empathy for you!
Also, here’s a big change: I still plan on publishing five posts each week, but starting in October, you will only receive one email per week. On Mondays, everyone will receive a parenting pep talk as well as an overview linking to the previous week’s posts. You can only access those Tuesday-through-Friday posts if you’re a paid subscriber. Hopefully this helps match everyone’s preferences a little more!
I’ve got some other changes in the works…like an audio version of each post, a different approach to Meal Inspiration emails, and—looking ahead to next year—maybe a monthly packet of a magazine version of the newsletter + some printed goods? I think many of us want something we can feel and touch with our own hands. I deeply appreciate those of you who filled out the survey and helped me figure out what needs I can hopefully meet with this newsletter.
As usual, here’s a digest of all the posts we shared last month! We always take the last week of each month as a break to catch up and reflect. (Feel free to check out the digest for May, June, July, and August.) At the bottom of the email is an announcement of next month’s theme!

October Announcements
October’s theme is Courage and Confidence! I hope that by the end of the month you (and your kids) will have some tools to help you feel a little more brave. And, of course, lots of fun is planned 😉
We won’t be going through one particular book next month, but if you have any recommendations, please leave a comment or reply to this email and let me know! Reading true stories of people who showed great bravery in treacherous times can be super helpful if you’re working on courage of your own!
See you next month! I hope you have a great week!
Warmly,
Hope from Family Scripts
P.S. If you’re new here, this is the typical content lineup each week! Only the Monday emails will go to your inbox, but if you want access to content from all five days, here’s a coupon for becoming a member!
Excited for the changes! Looking forward to the books!!! ❤️ September had a one speed in our house too and felt way faster than we like!
September really did fly by! I wasn't able to catch all the posts thanks to life moving at breakneck speed but I'm planning a quiet, cozy deep dive before we move into October - especially the yummy apple content!
